The restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide and has been awarded the red grape symbol for an outstanding wine selection — a distinction granted only to venues with a truly exceptional and thoughtful wine programme. Kropka is Kraków's destination for natural wine — the only restaurant on Kazimierz awarded the Michelin red grape.

    The list is built exclusively around natural and low-intervention wines from micro-producers — people who farm by hand, work with integrity and express their own philosophy rather than the expectations of the market. We choose bottles for character, honesty and authenticity — wines that carry a sense of energy, place and personality.

    Maciek Murzyniec

    Maciej Murzyniec has been professionally involved in the world of wine for over a decade. For 5 years he served as head sommelier at Karakter restaurant, and for 8 years he collaborated with the Naturaliści import company, where he developed his knowledge and experience in natural wines. He is a constant seeker of wine 'unicorns' and a passionate enthusiast of French natural wines, though he equally enjoys bottles from various corners of the world. He finds the greatest value in direct wine discovery – through travels and meetings with producers. Currently, he is the head sommelier at Kropka restaurant, where you can taste wines from his signature list awarded the Michelin 'grape' distinction, given to only two restaurants in Kraków.
