    Marlena is the person who makes Kropka work — every day, from opening to closing. She manages the team, takes care of the atmosphere and makes sure every guest feels looked after.

    With experience in hospitality and a natural talent for working with people, she builds a culture where servers don’t just serve — they understand what they’re serving and why.

    She believes a good restaurant is not just about the kitchen. It’s the energy of the room, the smile at the door and the feeling that someone truly cares.
