A relentless seeker of winemaking unicorns and a passionate advocate of French natural wines, though equally happy to reach for bottles from all corners of the world.
He sees the greatest value in getting to know wine directly — through travel and meetings with producers. Currently head sommelier at Kropka, where you can try wines from his curated list honoured by the Michelin guide with the grape distinction — awarded to only two restaurants in Kraków.
