Discover Kropka
2022 — 2026
October 2022, Rynek Podgórski. In a small venue that guests quickly nicknamed “the big living room”, we opened Kropka — a restaurant with no investors, no marketing playbook, and a very specific idea about flavour.
Two and a half years later we outgrew the walls of Podgórze. In April 2025 we moved to a historic townhouse at Dietla 31 in Kazimierz — with an open kitchen at the centre of the room, where cook and guest meet eye to eye and the cooking process stops being a secret.

We follow our own current — no compromises, no trends, with respect for the world.

Fine-dining techniques served without the starched tablecloths or the protocol. Marlena runs the floor so guests feel like they’re at a friend’s place — a friend who happens to cook very well. The menu is short, seasonal and changes as often as the market does.

Manifest
We don’t race social media and we don’t copy trends. We’d rather spend a week on one sauce than a day on a striking plate-up. Independence is our most valuable currency — it lets us say “no” to anything that pulls focus from flavour.
From Podgórze to Kazimierz we brought the things that matter: the team, the relationships with our suppliers, and the belief that every plate has to earn its reason to exist. The rest — that’s your story with Kropka.
